Description
The second generation Tesla Model 3, launched in late 2020 as 2021 model year, introduced significant refinements based on four years of customer feedback and manufacturing experience. This mid-cycle refresh brought improved build quality, updated interior materials with new center console design, and revolutionary heat pump technology for dramatically better cold-weather efficiency. The exterior received subtle but meaningful changes including chrome delete black trim, new headlight and taillight designs, power trunk, and improved aerodynamics. Interior gained double-pane acoustic glass for reduced noise, wireless phone charging, metal scroll wheels on steering wheel, and USB-C ports throughout.
