Front timing cover oil seal leaks are common on higher-mileage engines - messy rather than critical, but worth addressing during other maintenance work. As with any engine of this age and mileage range, serpentine belt tensioners and idler pulleys are wear items with a finite lifespan and should be inspected and replaced proactively rather than waiting for failure.
