The Volkswagen Group AXG (2.5 TDI) is a 2.5-liter turbocharged inline-five diesel engine produced from 1995 to 2009, developed specifically for VW's larger commercial and passenger van platforms, most notably the Transporter T4 and T5 and the corresponding Caravelle and Multivan variants.
